Hands Full of Nettle Dust
Drawings / residency project
Developed during the kARsT residency, the project articulates a personal engagement with the landscape of the Moravian Karst, unfolding a spatial narrative shaped by memory, embodiment, and site-responsive processes.
Form and Environment
The installation emerges from a direct encounter with the landscape of Blansko and its surroundings. Rooted in movement through the terrain and the collection of materials, it translates these experiences into a spatial composition. The gallery space is transformed into an environment where organic structures intersect with ceramic and drawing-based elements.
Meaning and Context
The project develops a subjective narrative in which landscape operates as both a living organism and a projection surface for personal memory and relational experience. Oscillating between document and fiction, the installation constructs a fragmented, embodied story grounded in place, perception, and internal reflection.
